WHY RETROFIT?
Residential properties account for over a fifth of carbon emissions in the UK. To achieve the UK’s target of net zero by 2050, we need to retrofit every home and ensure it meets minimum standards of decarbonisation. It has been estimated that this will require a workforce of over 400,000 people and we are committed to training and supporting the development of 50,000 by 2030 to support this goal.
